Tasks and responsabilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. 
  • Support the Chief Growth Officer in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the organization. 
  • Work closely with the marketing automation leader to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure proper tracking and reporting of key metrics. 
  • Coordinate and manage the organization’s presence at industry events and trade shows, including booth setup, logistics, and lead generation. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success managers to develop and implement customer marketing initiatives, such as customer referrals and case studies. 
  • Assist Account executives with marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials needed for sales meetings and client presentations. 
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. 
  • Assist in managing the organization’s social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing initiatives, such as graphic design, content creation, and advertising campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and communication channels. 
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts. 
  • Support the Chief Growth Officer in budget planning and management for marketing activities. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of customer surveys and market research projects to gather insights and feedback. 
Your profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in the SaaS or B2B industry. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo. 
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track and measure marketing performance. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Account executives. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all marketing materials and communication. 
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies. 
  • Ability to adapt to an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. 
  • Experience in event planning and management is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and the B2B sales cycle is a plus.
